Join the conversationA new survey reveals that forty per cent of New Zealand workers are planning to leave their jobs in the next 12 months. The figure comes from a survey by jobs website Seek, and is up seven per cent in the past year. Seek also says the less time someone has been in a role, the more open they are to looking for a new one. Out of people who have been in their current position for less than six months, 58 per cent intend to move on within a year.
