Accused of trying to get job as security officer

A Rotorua driver appeared in the Rotorua District Court yesterday charged with fraudulently trying to get a job as a security officer.
Richard Anthony Edwards aka Greening, 52, has not entered pleas to a charge of inducing a man to accept an employment application to gain $400 and employment as a security officer on January 15.
Judge James Weir remanded Edwards in custody until February 23.
