Concerns grow for missing woman

Rotorua police and worried family members are asking for help from the public to find a missing woman.

Michelle Hoffman-Tamm, 51, also known as Mich, was last seen on Wednesday evening near the West End Shops on Old Taupo Rd.

She left home on her bicycle which is described as a red, ladies mountain bike.

Family and friends are worried as they have not heard from her.

She is on medication for a non-life threatening condition which could worsen without the proper medication.

Ms Hoffman-Tamm is described as a Caucasian with short dark hair, about 1.5m tall and of medium build.

Police are asking for any information about the whereabouts of Michelle or her bike.
