Girl run over by quad bike
The Tauranga based TrustPower TECT Rescue helicopter was rushed to Te Kaha this afternoon where an 11-year-old girl had been run over by a quad bike.
The girl fell from the quad and was then run over.
She was not the sole occupant on the bike.
The girl has been flown to Whakatane Hospital with back injuries.
