One dead after crash

A 21-year-old is dead after a crash this morning. The head-on crash on SH2 near Opotiki involving a car and a motorcycle occurred just west of Baird Road at 5.00am. The deceased motorcyclist was a 21 one year old farmer who lived and worked locally. The two occupants of the car were not injured in the crash.
