Man found unconscious in forest
This afternoon Taupo's Greenlea rescue helicopter was called to the Kinleith forest to a 64 year old man who was found by chance, unconscious next to his vehicle. He was flown to Waikato hospital. On the return flight the helicopter was retasked to the Kaingaroa forest to a man in his fifties who collapsed while returning home from work. He was taken to Rotorua hospital.
