Police release name of crash victim

The driver of a Honda car who died following a head on collision on State Highway 2, Te Puke east of Tauranga at 4.15pm on Sunday 17 February 2013 has been named.   She was Dianne Royce Rickerby aged 33 years of Rotorua.   A passenger in the Honda car was transferred to Waikato Hospital and his condition is described as critical.   A four year old in the other vehicle sustained a broken arm but has since been discharged from hospital.   Police enquiries are continuing and Crash Investigators will complete a scene survey and analysis.   Police thank those members of the public who stopped to help and comfort victims.
