Rotorua police station demolition 360-degree tour

The walls are coming down and the old Rotorua police station has been described as looking like something out of a "war zone''.

Heavy machinery is being brought in to demolish the iconic building. The work is part of an $18 million station upgrade announced last year. The Rotorua custody centre was upgraded in 2008 and the disused cell block was demolished earlier in the year.
