Women arrested, charged with kidnapping and assault
Two Rotorua women have been arrested and charged after a man was allegedly tied up, gagged and robbed.
Detective Sergeant John Wilson of the Rotorua police said two women, aged 20 and 21 appeared in the Rotorua District court today.
He said the women were both charged with kidnapping and aggravated robbery in relation to an incident on Holland St on Monday.
